In front of a national audience on Monday Night Football, the Baltimore Ravens defeated the Cleveland Browns in what was their first shutout win in nearly three years. November 26th, 2006 was the last time the Ravens held the opponent scoreless as they torched the Steelers 27-0.

It was a snooze-fest for all fans of football on Monday Night, though. The Ravens played down to the Browns' level and the Browns played... well ... like normal. Anyone who thought it would be a good idea to play the Browns in prime time needs their head examined. The excitement from watching Josh Cribbs run back kick and punt returns and Joe Thomas block for a horrible Brady Quinn can only go so far.

With this game following the Colts-Patriots game on Sunday Night, it was doomed for failure.
