01:54 PM ET 11.23 | ND has got to do something about their coach. Their last three coaches have been gambles. Weis was a great NFL coach, but I think it is obvious that just because you are good in one league doesn't mean you are good in another (Nick Saban, Pete Carroll, Bobby Petrino, Spurier). They need to go after a coach who has proven himself in a BCS conference. Brian Kelly would a good one, or possibly even Iowa's head coach. Find someone that has ties to some very good recruiters and go get them (i.e. Lane Kiffin going and grabbing up Ed Ogeron). Another name that has to be in the hat in Boise St. head coach. Not necessarily a BCS conference but a very consistent winner that has proven he can do it over time and not just with one extremely talent team (Weis year 1 and 2)
