The results of the second group poll are in:

Members were asked should the Yankees be worried about resigning Matsui or Damon more. It was a 50/50 split between Damon and neither. It appears that Damon won't be returning next year, but I am unaware of Matsui's future. Feel free to talk this over in the message board.

Recent Yankee News:

Congratulations to Derek Jeter for winning the Sports Illustrated Sportsman of the Year award. Yankees.com says the award is given to someone who not only shows talent on the field but also off the field.

The yankees pre season schedule was released and they will play the Pirates on March 3rd at home in Tampa.
