| 08:03 AM ET  12.01 | Found this interesting blurb in this morning's (12/1/2009) Dallas Morning News regarding the team focusing on the here and now instead of past December failures... ----- Phillips acknowledged he has made some changes as to how the Cowboys will operate regarding December, but he would not elaborate. He said part of it was the result of a conversation with owner and general manager Jerry Jones. "I don't know if you consider those talks or not when one person is listening and the other one is talking, which I don't blame him for at all," Phillips said. ----- I'm speculating Wade did little talking during this conversation.
