Found this interesting blurb in this morning's (12/1/2009) Dallas Morning News regarding the team focusing on the here and now instead of past December failures...

Phillips acknowledged he has made some changes as to how the Cowboys will operate regarding December, but he would not elaborate. He said part of it was the result of a conversation with owner and general manager Jerry Jones.
"I don't know if you consider those talks or not when one person is listening and the other one is talking, which I don't blame him for at all," Phillips said.

I'm speculating Wade did little talking during this conversation.
