The year looks like its going to be a stinker when it looked like we might do better. I think Russell sank the season coming in out of shape and not mentally ready for the season... Still did you see that throw on monday night!! for a brief moment it was beautiful & hopeful. Russell Could still work out but he's got to get the team behind him again. This is a good team with players who really want to shock the world together but it will have to wait for next season.. I hope most of them stick around.. Hopefully ESPN won't run too many hack stories that they becomes a distraction to the team next year. That was one of the weirdest things that happen this year. I have never seen a news organization go after a team like that. It was like FOX reporting on them DemOcrats.. As for the coach I want Cable to stay on cause from what I have heard from players I follow they like him. Also he's been through a blender of negative media and up till now has been a rock in his post- game interviews... Did the NFL do a background check? Don't have to! The media did it for you while the season was going #@$*. As far as I'm concern Cable is vetted and has his players support. Unless Fox comes loose in Carolina there is no other front line coach who would take the job!!! I think former commissar Pete Rozell must be smiling to himself from beyond the grave. The way the Anniversary Season of the AFL went for the Raiders. This Season must be sticking in Al's neck like a dry overcook piece of tripe. that wasn't cleaned very well by the butcher. Davis the Maverick of the AFL who who must be thinking legacy now... man I don't know how to finish this sentence. Just sad. No. thank you. I don't want to be web host for the Raiders but I will rant about my Raiders and hope for better things to come.
