02:28 PM ET 01.16 | Greetings Fannation. I dont know how many NASCAR fans are among the nation, but I want to dedicate this post to a man that was beloved by all. I speak of Benny Parsons. Benny was a great commentator, driver, and human being. Benny was named one of NASCAR's 50 greatest drivers in 1998, an honor in which he deserved. Even with all he achieved, Benny Parsons was never one to tell you what he'd done. I didnt know Benny personally, but you can see it in how he carried himself. His enthusiasum in the booth was unmatched. You could hear the passion in his voice in every race he covered. He was beloved by the NASCAR fans, as well as the drivers in the garage. Benny Parsons was a great man who will never be forgotten. Benny Parsons, God bless you and thank you for all the memories. You will never be forgotten.
