A much better game tonight. Lots of end to end action and physical play from the Bruins. Boyes beat the poop out of Lydman, Stuart scored on his own net and the refs sucked.
In other news, the fire sale has begun! A big trade today between Boston and Washington, with Washington getting defenceman Milan Jurcina for a 2008 4th rounder. I am fine with that trade, he's had a tough second year and pretty much rode the pine while seeing spotty action. Lewis never seemed to like him and considering he was a late round draft pick, a 4th rounder is pretty good.
I can only assume that this trade was made to free up some cash for PC to pull off another move. Yes York came back from injury today, but that's only coincidence.
