Ed Hochuli refs the game there is a different outcome. No real substance to that belief, but I'll stick with it. No way Peyton deserves to be the MVP. Period.

hahahahahaha, Rex Grossman derserves the MVP. He won the game for the Colts. Bears had no business being in the Super Bowl. They were outplayed, and outclassed.

Funny, I made the smae comment on MVP at the game...Peyton really wasn't the MVP, Rex definitely did the most to help the Colts win.

And Bennett...the Bears had every right to be here, they won the NFC, what more do you want from them? And this game was in their reach for most of the game...if they would of gotten ANYTHING from their Offense, they could of pulled it out.

MVP should have been Bob Sanders no doubt in my mind...but when you leave it open to fan voting this is what happens

Josh, you are living in the clouds. Maybe the Bears were in it in the first half, but give me a break. They were dominated. Manning didn't even test the Bears defense because he didn't need to.

I agree, you just have to look at the time of possession to see who dominated the game.

Dominek Rhodes should have won the MVP, or split it with Joe Addai, who had one of the greatest Super Bowl performances as a rookie ever. Like my father said though, Peyton was already carved into the plaque as MVP, so there was no way he wasn't going to get it.

Rhodes could have been mvp, Addai could have been, Bob Sanders, too. Hell, even Jeff Saturday if any voter was really watching that game. He was tremendous. But with all those candidates, there oculd only be one guy to get it. And it's easier to vote for the QB than any of the others. Besides, Peyton needs the free car. And now he can do Cadillac commericals. It's all good.

Manning does call most the plays...not that I completely agree with him getting the MVP (or care for that matter). But that is another piece of information that could factor in.
