As the MLB offseason reaches full form with the Winter Meetings underway, it's fun to look back just as much as it is to look forward. MLB.com's John Sclegel agrees. Posted on the afternoon of Monday, December 7th, John went through every team in the MLB, breaking the posts into AL and NL, and decided the best free agent signings and trades in the teams' history.
Of course, by the order of the alphabet, the Baltimore Orioles were first on his AL posting. I, being an overanxious reader whom is just enthused about the O's being mentioned in an MLB.com post, skipped the prologue that explained the selection process as well as the restrictions.
