Boston's Gerald Green and Orlando's Dwight Howard had the best dunks of the slam dunk contest 2007. Everyone iI watched the game with, was amazed at the elevaion and body control after Paul Pierce threw the ball off the side of the backboard. Catching that pass then windmilling it around showed his vertical elevation.
But in my opinion Dwight Howard had the best dunk of the night. Catching that ally-oop and posting a hilarious sticker of himself smiling, just six inches from the top of the backboard was amazing. The elevation, the creativity, the control to catch the ball after slapping the sticker and slamming the ball down, was one of the most entertaining dunks I have ever seen. I am dissapointed that Howard diddn't make it to the finals, because I know he had a couple more tricks up his sleeve. I guess we will just have to wait another year until Howard takes the title.
