Recapitulation

Arizona wins its second game of the year in a slower than expected start (2-5) while Washington is meeting expectations at 2-4.  New Orleans moves up into a tie for first place in the NFC South with Carolina during the Panthers' bye week.  Baltimore solidifies itself as the number one team in the NFL while stifling the Bills in a 20-3 win.  Dallas is held to only 17 points against Minnesota's tough defense which maybe finding itself during an 0-6 start.  New England jumps two games ahead of the Jets in their victory against Miami while the Jets lose to Cincinnati.  San Francisco also gains their second victory of the year while dropping the G-Men to 2-5.  Tampa Bay joins the club getting their second victory, dropping Detroit.  And again, Tennessee and Oakland also join the club with victories over Houston and Kansas City. Philadelphia has a two game lead in the loss column and face off with Dallas in two weeks.  St. Louis continues to have a stranglehold on the West, dropping a pesky Seattle team while Denver and Pittsburgh both hit the .500 mark.  Both of them need to turn it around.  And finally, Jacksonville surprises Indianapolis in a Monday Night shocker.

Power Rankings up soon.  I'm working on it.  I have until September 6 to do ten more weeks.  I might abandon this soon with school starting, so enjoy it while you can.
