Michael Vick would be stupid not to enter a plea agreement. The chances are slim to none if he goes to trial he will win and not have to go to jail. He would have to face 7 witnesess that claim they saw him at dog fights and 3 of which are his own co defendents who turned on him. The witnesess have pictures of the dogs all battered and bruised and do you really think the jury would let him off. Plus if he goes to trial by then he probally will have m ore charges against him because the federal grand jury has a scheduled meeeting Monday where they will try to get more evidence to file more charges against him which would result in more jail time. If he takes a plea agreement however he will porbally only have to face around a year or so in jail and his chances would be much better of returning to the NFL. If he was convicted in a trial his career would almost certainly be over. So Mike ask yourself is it really worth taking the risk of going to court?

He probably will take a plea agreement.

Actually, if Vick does enter a plea deal, he has to sign a document which says that he was directly involved and such, when he said to Roger Goodell's face that he had no involvement. That would damage his case to return to the NFL immensely.

He's got to take the deal, its not just about him playing football again its about him being able to have a life.
