As I'm sure you've all heard, Chris Henry, former Cincinatti Bengals WR, at the mere age of 26 has passed away. This tragic accident occurred near his home in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was at him home because the Bengals had placed him on the IR due to his arm injury.

While losing any human life at such a young age is a tragedy, in Henry's case, it seems to be even sadder. Henry was turning his life around. After a rocky start to his football career as a collegiate athlete, and then as an NFL player, Henry appeared to be on the right track.

At the time of his death, he lead the NFL in yards per reception. But beyond the playing field, is where his life was making huge strides even more so.

It was said that he and his fiancee, Loleini, were doing very well with their 3 kids. And that brings me to my net point, how tragic is this. He's leaving behind 3 kids, 3 kids who will not have their father, ever again.

I ask that we all pray for Henry and his family and friends in this time of great despair. Although I am in no way a Bengals fan, I will be praying for the team as well as I can only imagine what this does to their morale. Hopefully, it will be able to make them stronger and they can win out for Henry.

RIP Chris Henry
