At 7:19 AM EDT on August 17, 2007, I received a FanMail from msms11 entitled "hello." Here is what it said:

In an account that belongs to one of our foreign customer He died along with his entire family in a plane crash in the year 2003 .Pls my bank is looking for the family to come for the claim and know were to find them and it happend that this man is from the same country with you, this is the reason i need you, with my possition in this bank, both us can work together and get this money transfered into your account as the next of kin.

I am waiting.
My first reaction was, "Where's Ashton Kutcher?" But then I thought, "What is FanNation coming to?" My best guess is that this is a scam. Judging by the errors, I don't think it's a real banker. That last section just freaks me out. So I did some research:
The profile "msms11" is under the name Mary Rose. It joined today, August 17, and is the 92,160th profile on FanNation. The most recent profile is the 92,196th. It has no friends, no blogs, no comments, no comments left, no nothing. It only has about 13 profile views, and most of them are mine. I Googled Mary Rose. The Mary Rose was Henry VIII's warship. No help there. Then I Googled Rosemary Davidson and got a bunch of confusing results so I gave up. I just want to know if anyone else has gotten anything like this and what everybody thinks. I hope FanNation does not becaome infested with scammers.
I did not respond to the FanMail and will not send an email to the provided address.
This was an interesting way to start my morning.
