Although fans in the D.C. area despise Campbell and call for his head constantly, I really wish he would stay with the Skins.  It's going to be just as frustrating to draft a QB and develop him, and compete at the same time.  Plus, the fact that Management never addressed the Offensive Line for Campbell makes it impossible to give him a fair rating.  No QB in the NFL could survive the constant pounding he's taken week after week for the past two years.  Never once has he complained.  I would not blame him, if he wanted the hell out of D.C. for the way he has been treated.  For the incoming Head Coach, or anyone who knows football, it's easy to see that Campbell has talent.  He can run, has a lazer arm, and has survived beatings in the NFL, all while only having the chance of having the same offensive scheme only twice during his career.
