Are you a glass half full or a glass half empty kind of person? For all the half full people the Phillies are only one game behind the Padres for the Wild Card and for the half emptry the Phillies are 5 games behind the livision leading Mets. I am going to cling to the 1 game behind side on this one. HOWEVER a storm is brewing. The next 10 games are going to make or break this season in my mind. First the Dodgers for 3 then the Padres for 3 and the Mets come to town for 4 games.
The good news is they are all home games. I think the Phillies need to go at least 6-4. Four out of 6 against the Dodgers and Padres would be great.
Utley thinks he may be back for the Mets series. I am hoping that Iguchi can be moved over to 3rd but that looks doubtful.
