02:08 AM ET  08.21 | Now I live in Canada and love the game of football, so when I flick on the T.V to get my fill of it I watch some CFL. Now I am not sure if everyone knows what it is, but it is Canadas version of the NFL. I personally really enjoy the league there are only 8 teams and for some reason football does not pick up, up here. Some pretty good players have played in the CFL ex. Warren Moon, Joe Theisman, Joe Horn, Jeff Garcia,Danny McManus. In CFL they play three downs the end zones are 20 yards and field is widier so there is much more passing. If you ask me sometimes I find that CFL games are much more exciting then NFL games because the score is much larger then an averge NFL game. The problem is that the CFL is not very big, so players have to get second jobs over the summer, and teams always run the risk of going bankrupt after every season. I think that if the NFL were to give some publicity to the CFL. Since the fall of NFL Europa it has helped the CFL a lot becuase all those players that dont have work now came and played in the CFL, but with only 8 teams it is hard to get a deep playoff and more viewers. Finally the CFL can in no way compete with the NFL or the Canadien NHL teams and that to me is terrible becuase some good football is being played but it goes almost unoticed.
