Thank you for being such jerks to Culpepper.

In his 3 preseason games with us he is 15/28 (53.6%) for 200 yards and 3 TDs, for a QB Rating of 112.2.  He's only been sacked twice AND he's shown he has most of his mobility back, scrambling 7 times for 30 yards, or 4.3 YPC.

So where are you with your QB?

Trent Green is 17/33 (51.5%) for 143 yards, 1 TD, and 2 INTs, for a QB Rating of 47.9.  He's been sacked at least 3 or 4 times, and possibly 5.  He's scrambled once for 2 yards.

Have fun with your crusty old QB.

And yes, it's preseason, but hey, it still counts for something.

Miami will be the bottom dwellers once again in the AFC East. It was a good pick up by the Raiders with the ill-advised holdout by Jamarcus Russell, luckily you have the QB that Russell is the copy of: Daunte Culpepper. I wish him luck in Oakland, hopefully he doesn't get killed behind that line.

Which, might I add, has looked pretty good so far this preseason. Hopefully that carries over into the regular season.

I forgot to add that.

Miami basically gave us the key to unlocking Russell's potential.

Exactly because he has a QB just like himself to learn from. It is a perfect situation for the Raiders. Probably one of the best moves made by them in the offseason.

I completely agree. Check out my throwdown about the Dolphins making a huge mistake by releasing Culpepper.

Yeah, both Culpepper and the o-line have impressed so far this preseason. The first team has looked much better than it did in the preseason last yhear, when we went 4-1 primarily on the backs of 3rd stringers.

The whole Daunte Culpepper/Miami Dolphins situation was an ugly mess.
I am a Dolphins fan and I did not appreciate how they treated him, so I'm real happy for him that he got a job somewhere, and hope he has continued success he deserves it...

Here is the ironic part, my friends would confirm, before the draft I hoped Miami would try to work out some sort of deal with the ... Raiders, get a pick something ... that did not happen...

Good season to all you Raiders fans, you are in great hands with Daunte and Jamarcus
