09:47 PM ET 08.27 | As many of you know, I like to promote the alternative to everday American sports. I usually do so with soccer, but today I want to talk about UFC. I am not a huge fan of UFC, but I see a huge possibility for UFC on this one. I am proposing a One Night Stand for UFC. It would feature a two match card and would be on Spike TV. This event would give the UFC the attention it deserves. The first match of the nigh would be Tito Ortiz vs. Chuck Liddell. This would give fans a chance to see two of the best fighters in the world. In the second match of the night, the UFC Lightheavyweight Champion of the World Quinton "Rampage" Jackson would take on UFC Heavyweight Champion of the World Randy Couture. This would be a night of celebration of what has happened in the past and what is to come in the future. The four brighest stars in the UFC world would showcase their talent and it would be in front of millions on network TV. Even a small time fan like me would watch that.
