What a great game to watch last night, reminded me of playoff baseball. Eaton pitched really well. Gotta feel bad for Glavine. He pitched 7 innings, gave up NO runs and he gets a no-decision. The Mets bullpen looked like ours has a lot this season. Speaking of the Phillies bulpen,they came up big last night ( Geary, Romero, Myers. You knew it was a big game when Myers went two innings to get the win.
Jamie Moyer takes the mound tonight. I don't have a good feeling about this one. We'll see.
Cole Hamels looks like he may come off the D.L. and pitch on Sunday. He said in the paper today that he will not be 100% but thinks he can be effective.
Maybe it is a coincidence but Ryan Howard looks more relaxed at the plate now that Utley is back. Rollins hit his 23 H.R. last night, Howard his 35th.
Those Padres keep winning. The Phils are 4 behind the 1st place Mets and 3 behind the Padres in the Wild Card. I am still going with my prediction of two weeks ago that the Philles will win the National League East.

The sweep would help a lot, but winning the next 2 might be hard.. Moyers beeen pretty bad his last couple of starts, but maybe he can turn it around.
