Recently Ron Artest has come out and said that he would like to play for the Heat. He has also come out and said he would like to play for the Knicks.
Uh-oh
The problem with either or both of these scenarios is this: While Artest is a great player he is a PROBLEM CHILD. This man craves attention and would essentially be a cancer in the locker room regardless of where he goes. It does not matter what situation he's in he will cause problems (and besides doesn't Isiah have enough headaches in NY adding Artest would just put him and the Knicks salary cap all that more over the edge)
And as for Miami, well they're talented enough that adding one more overpayed player wouldn't make much sense for them either even with Shaq breaking down and getting paid between $20-$30 million.
So my advice to Riley and Isiah: It's not worth the money to sign this guy unless you want to have massive headaches in the end.
