I just read a story (on this site) that stated that World Wrestling Entertainment had just suspended 10 wrestlers for violations of the "sport's" drug policy
First off a few questions:
1. Why is this newsworthy? WWE is not a sport, it's entertainment They're actors
2. Why would anyone care? I'm pretty sure that the pre-pubicent 10 11 and 12 year old demographic that the WWE primarily targets would think it was all part of the "act" anyway.
3. Why is it that the WWE all the sudden cares about the integrity of their "sport" their "product" just because their "athletes" are bigger than most men. I mean they didn't get that big on their own why is it now that the WWE is taking action?
In short I find this story to be more laughable than anything I mean come on everything about the "sport" is fake why would you need steroids to participate in something that's staged for entertainment purposes?
