As many of you TRUTH fans have noticed lately...the classy, dignified, and articulate soccer fans have been attempting to attach the TRUTH for his comments.
Largely, these comments have invoked, racism, sexism, and simple ignorance. By and large I usually do not respond to the hatemail or childish things they say, but even the TRUTH's patience and grace has limits.
Soccer Fans:
If you do not like what I have to say, then ignore me. You struggle with the truth, PUN INTENDED, in that you realize that your sport no longer holds any viable place in the sports world. Look no further than this site. While the mainstream sports are updates several times a day with news and new posts, soccer remains tepid and rarely changes from day to day. Then ofcourse, there are your concise and clearly thoughout rants. You do not like ANYONE that dare disagree with you. Soccer fans get upset because they know they have no rebuttal. They know their sport is dying and are tremendously disappointed that David Beckham did not save their sport. I am very knowledgeable about ALL sports, soccer included, I choose, which is my right, to NOT like it. Or your comments. Be warned, when you made things personal, you have waken a sleeping giant. ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RIP SOCCER

Report Offensive CommentBy the fact that it is the most popular in Europe, South America, and parts of Asia, making it the biggest. Rugby and basketball would be second. Then baseball. Then cricket. Then American football.

Report Offensive CommentYou are obviously basing this on the fact that these continents' populations are larger by shear numbers. That does not garner more popularity. You need to consider what is most popular in the US, which is all that we have been discussing. No one ever mentioned Europe or SA.

Report Offensive CommentI look at it this way: There is one country that is a global superpower, and also one country that doesn't accept soccer as its national favorite sport. Coincidence? Not a chance.
