What the heck, over??
The only two ranked teams that played each other, with UT having to travel to Berkley to start the season! Both teams have strenghts and some obvious things they need to fix, but overall it was a good game.
Congrats to Cal for the win, but would someone PLEASE quit talking all this smack about how UT's season is over!! Be real, people! Same thing with Michigan, yeah it blew up big time, but there were A LOT of people that said Michigan was ripe for the upset, and Appy State is no slouch!
1st game of the season MAY, and that's a big MAY, mean a tem won't compete for the National Title, but going 10-2 or 9-3 is still a very real possibility.
The SEC is famous for eating their own, so with at least 8 of the 12 teams ready to pounce at any time, the season is not over, until it's over.
