Poll 6: Results

The group's sixth poll was "The Top 3 All-Around NBA Players (IN ORDER)." You guys sent me your top 3 NBA players (in order).. I have received all the votes and it was interesting. The way I counted the votes was the voters top guy gets 3 tallies, 2nd gets 2, and 3rd gets 1. With that in mind, 12 players got votes. A total of 101 votes were piled up! What I did if there was a tie is I judged it on who I think is the better player of the guys that are tied and then I place them in order.

This is what you guys have voted to be the best all-around NBA players.

(votes)

1- Kobe Bryant (29)

2- LeBron James (19)

3- Steve Nash (11)

4- Dwayne Wade (7)

5- Kevin Garnett (7)

6- Jason Kidd (6)

7- Allen Iverson (3)

8- Gilbert Arenas (2)

9- Tim Duncan (2)

10- Tracy McGrady (2)

11- Carmelo Anthony (1)

12- Dirk Nowitzki (1)

So there you have it, the best players in the NBA. It is definate that Kobe is the fan favorite. He collected over 25% of the votes! If I would take a look at the poll I would have to say that there were a few players who got screwed over. This is proof that Arenas, Anthony, and Duncan are very underrated. All of which are superstars in the NBA and none of them got over 2 votes. Rediculous but I just tally the votes.

I'm surprised that lebron wasn't first...i guess kobe has more fans all around the country. arenas doesn't get enough credit, duncan is way too underrated, and i think melo has been overshadowed by lebron and d-wade; i agree with you about those three being underrated

Why do you keep deleting my comments? Anyways, you said Duncan is underrated and that this is proof. Well, TD never had a good face-up game and he can't handle the ball so there is no way he can be mentioned in this. Gil Zero and Melo aren't underrated either it's just that they aren't in the top three and most people agree on that. The consensus is Kobe, LeBron, and Nash although Nash doesn't play that great of defense and isn't a good rebounder. My votes went to (I think) Kobe, Kidd, and T-Mac.
