Every week I expect to put out a NCAAF Top 10 after all of that weeks games are over. I should do this Sunday night or Monday. I will show what teams improved and what teams lost ground, also. At the end of putting the team and there record on there I will say a little something about what player stood out and all that too. Oh, yeah, whoever thinks that I am MCCOY4HEISMAN. You are wrong. I am just an average 14 year old like most everyone else on here. Also, for those of you (there is basically just 1 person) who thinks that I copy my blogs... try to find this one and all of my others. I made one that was semi-copied but I gave credit to the guy who made it and I said that he WAS the one that wrote it, not me. I deleted that blog so that one guy that is stalking me on here would calm down.
It is week 2 and teams are starting to play better teams so some things may have changed.
1 USC (1-0)
DID NOT PLAY
2 LSU (2-0)
LSU's sophomore running back Williams made the Hokies' D look like Swiss cheese. Williams finished the day with 127 yards and two touchdowns on just seven carries (an average of 18.1 yards per carry.)
3 West Virginia (2-0)
Sure, White and Slaton put up some impressive stats. But Noel Devine gave Mountaineers fans a glimpse of the future: The heralded freshman ran for two TDs and 76 yards on just five carries.
+ 4 Oklahoma (2-0)
Oklahoma's freshman QB Bradford finished the day with an astonishing five touchdowns and 205 passing yards and no INTs.
- 5 Florida (2-0)
Florida's super sophomore Tebow threw three touchdowns on 18-of-25 passing (237 yards) and ran for two more (and 83 yards).
- 6 Texas (2-0)
In 2006, TCU ranked No. 2 in the country in rush defense, allowing just 61 yards per game. Charles finished with134 yards and one TD on 22 carries.
7 Wisconsin (2-0)
Donovan, Wisconsin's signal-caller, threw for 138 yards and a score, and he ran for 47 yards and a touchdown.
8 Louisville (2-0)
The Louisville RB Allen ran for a school-record 275 yards and 2 TDs on 35 carries (7.9 avg.). QB Brian Brohm was a close second (25-of-39, 401 yards, 5 TDs).
9 Ohio State (2-0)
Ohio State's D. The Buckeyes' defense limited Akron's offense to just 71 yards -- all of which came in the passing game.
10 California (2-0)
Cal's senior workhorse Forsett paced the running game, carrying the ball 13 times for 58 yards and a score.
------------
Other notable teams that did good this Saturday and probably moved themselves up the rankings are:
Penn State
Rutgers
Georgia Tech
Clemson
Missouri
Teams that made it worse for themselves are:
Virginia Tech
Georgia
Auburn
Boise State
Michigan (how could I leave them out?)
------------
I am already counting down till next week and we will then see where all of these teams are.

I would say LSU#1, Florida#2, West Virgina#3, Oklahoma#4, Texas#5, USC#6.......of all these USC has the weakest schedule, they won't play more than 2 teams that belong in the top 25 all year, plus no championship game to prove there worth

As much as I would love to see USC at #6, I would settle for them being #2 after a bye week and a LSU rout on Va Tech. Good job on the blog.

Anyone that drops USC from #1 because they were idle is an idiot and doesnt know what college football is all about-its not what you do weekly but who you are as a body of work-LSU, WV, OK, all are little brothers to USC until PROVEN otherwise.

Well Cassidy, that is exactly why the game stinks because it should be based on a Resume, but what you did last week. For if every game was truly a playoff like everyone claims, then we would drop them, not because they were idle, but because they played like crap against Idaho, while LSU and Oklahoma were smokin hot against quality opponents.
Do I think USC will bounce back - You Bet, but until I see it we shouldn't just rank them #1 because some pre-season magazine says they are the best. Must prove it on the field and so far, they are a bit behind LSU and Oklahoma - And I'm a PAC-10 Guy.

I dont think west Virgina should be up that high i would put them at about five. They didnt have a very good game. The just barly put it together in the 2nd half. i would put OU or Florida up at 3 and then the other one at four.
