I am looking for people's favorite ways to make steak.
What kind of marinade do you use?
Seasoning? Do you rub the seasoning into the meat?
I am constantly on the search for the perfect steak, so if you could chime in with your favorite seasoning or marinade that would be most appreciated!
I've used a terriyaki-based marinade, and I've also seasoned steaks with garlic salt, and sometimes just simple black pepper and salt.
What about BBQ sauce? Do you have a name and/or place I could order it online?
I tailgate every now and then, it would be awesome to bust out some steaks someday and blow people's minds.
