No its not fair! The guy cheated and endangered the very integrety of the game. He needs to be suspended! Fans in every city that the Patriots play in need to remind them that they cheated. The Patriots are the Barry Bonds of the NFL.

It was not Cheating. It was a violation of a league rule. Can anyone tell me how this film could be used during a game. Is it a lot different than taking still photos of signals, time clock, and set-up of the players and matching them to tapes of the game, and what happened duing that play? No, it is just easier with a film. The penalties were excessive. Would it have been the same penalty if it had been against Miami? I think not. A rule was broken, a penalty assessed, move on. Go Pats!!
