In recent years the Award for best College football player has undergone some changes. No more is it about the Best player in the nation. It resembles more of the MVP of the number 1 team in the country. Even losing some its flair and respectablitly because of this. In Response i have assembled the Top 3 I believe should be leading the Race for the Heisman Trophy. These are in no particular order.
Mike Hart University of Michigan.
He has ran his heart out even though the Wolverines are just 1 -2. He has carried the team on his back and rushed for over 500 yards in 3 games.
Darren McFadden University of Arkansas
Some will say this is Homerism but this week Proved that D-Mac is still one of the best in the nation. Not only did he rush for 200 yards and 2 scores. But the Outstanding performance by Troy against Oklahoma State proved that his nearly 250 total yards against them including both a rushing and Passing TD was a legitimate performance.
Andre' Woodson University of Kentucky
He proved much like the other 2 players that he is the team. leading UK to a great victory against a top 10 team.
Like i said this is MY opinion. but let the Flaming commence anyways.
