Well, after an exciting week 3, here are the bottom 10 teams in the college football universe.  As usual, last week's rankings are in parenthases.

Off the Board:

Michigan (112): Soundly defeated Notre Dame 38-0.  We'll see if they've truely turned it around next week against #12 Penn State.

Eastern Michigan (117): Defeated Northern Illiniois 21-19.  We'll hear more about this game in a second.

The List:

110: Duke (118):  They won!!  They won!!  No, seriously, Duke won!!  They ended the nation's-longest 22 game losing streak with a 20-14 victory over Northwestern, despite giving up 506 total yards and only managing 68 yards rushing.

111: Temple (115):  Lost a close one to undefeated UConn 22-17.  Led 17-16 with one quarter to go.  A pretty even matchup as far as team stats go.

112: Northern Illinois (NR):  Lost to former Bottom 10 inhabitant Eastern Michigan 21-19.  Has also lost to Southern Illinois and Iowa.  Lost the TOP battle by 7 minutes.

118: Notre Dame (111):  Didn't think I'd get through this list without having ND on here, did you?  Lost to Michigan 38-0.  79 total yards, including -6 yards rushing.  That's right, -6 yards rushing, bringing their season total to a whopping -14 yards rushing.  Have yet to score an offensive touchdown.  Started 0-3 for the second time in school history.

119: Florida International (119):  Couldn't bring myself to put ND behind FIU.  Lost to Miami (Fla.) 23-9.  Have the longest losing streak in Football Bowl Subdivision at 15 games.  Only managed 105 yards passing.
