Norte Dame has opened fall practice coming off a disappointing 2007 season. They were 28-28 and just 11-15 in conference. That was good for 7th place in the Big East. The Irish do have a top ten recruiting class coming in this year and second year head coach Dave Schrage hopes they return to the top of the Big East Standings in 2008.
