The best seat will start the TD.
I will do the seats based on win percentage this time.
I'm going to be in this tournament, so I need 15 more good TDers.
If I look through your TDs and you have never used up a 1200 character argument space, you won't be let in.
This is loosely first come first serve.
The first 15 worthy TDers will be in the tourney.
If I find out you are cheating, I will be able to replace you.
