So it seems that Sam Bradford will be the first pick in the NFL draft. This leads to two questions:
1. Does he want to sign with a team as lowly as the Rams
2. Do the Rams or any team really feel confident drafting a guy with a shoulder injury
I don't know what to think if the answer is yes to both questions. I would not be happy if my team drafted someone like that. It's not what he did on the field when he was healthy, it's can he perform like that ever again? I am not sure that the answer is yes. And maybe this will lead to more injuries. Either he becomes a good NFL quarterback or he becomes a journeyman good here and there because of the injury. And what happens the first time some lineman slams him to the ground & he lands on that shoulder?
