This just in: Shawn Marion now wants to be traded to LA.
Is there a greater injustice?
He's a star player on a good team making a boatload of cash and he's now saying that he wants to be traded. To LA of all places. The fact of the matter is this: they pay him $13 million or whatever they're paying him a year to play basketball. You're getting paid to play a kids game Shawn. People in most other professions would kill for the kind of salary that you're making to play a game. And it is not just him people oh no Andrei Kirilenko is whining that he wants out of Utah. Maybe these two should try to contact Latrell Spewell and confer with him on what it's like to turn down big money and now be unemployed. Sprewell's complaint was that he didn't want to take the 3 year $21 million contract because he needed to feed his family. What a load of bull. I wonder what Marion's excuse is because once he gets to LA he'll complain that he doesn't get the ball enough or that he and Kobe can't coexist what a loser.
