But what about the supposedly elite teams who have underachieved this season? Specifically, we're talking about the Chargers, Bears and Saints, who were considered not only playoff locks, but teams that could make deep postseason runs. How quickly do you jump off their respective bandwagons?
For me, it was an interesting situation on some of these rankings.
Of the three teams listed above, the winless Saints definitely get the smallest benefit of the doubt, especially after Monday night's home loss to the Titans. New Orleans, one of the dark horse picks to reach the Super Bowl in many preseason predictions, received a 26 rank. Can you say 2006 fluke?
Meanwhile, the Bears failed to register a top-10 rank for the first time this season and joined the Saints in suffering the big drop of the teams this week. Can you say Rex Grossman?
The Chargers, on the other hand, may no longer have a top-five team, but their talent level still commands a small measure of respect. San Diego may be in a funk now as it adjusts to new head coach Norv Turner, but few would be surprised if the Chargers straighten out their problems. After all, in the weak AFC West, it's not as if they have to worry about the division getting away from them.
So how about you? Have you jumped off a bandwagon ... or jumped on one?

Interesting. Not to sure about my niners quite yet. Two divison wins against a metaoker Cardinals team and a St. Louis Team I don't know what to think about. Should be interesting to see how they play against the Hawks.

I don't even think my Bears should be in the top15 the way they've played. I think your 15-20 teams should be higher.

After I looked at it, I think so too. Who can I replace them with is what I figured.

The Texans should be higher, and the Dolphins are better than the Bills, but other than that it looks good...Bears should be lower, though, I think they lose to the Lions this week and fall to 1-3.

Despite the fact that Green Bay beat the Chargers l still wouldn't put them over the Chargers. The Chargers will make the playoffs but Green Bay won't.

Hmmm! Could what happened in College Football's funny saturday carry on to sunday? What surprises are yet to come?
The problem with upsets is that it comes when you least expected it. Think it and wallah!
