May 4th, 2009 in a little town in Iowa a male specimen was bored and decided to get on the internet. He went to ESPN.com and after awhile it got boring, so he looked around on all kinds of sites, but he couldn't find what he wanted...The SI.com came along. This man scrolled down and saw Throwdowns on the right hand side, and he clicked on it. When everything came up he said " This looks awesome!", so this dude made a FN account.
The man didn't truly understand the meaning of "Throwdown", so he stayed away from them for awhile and just decided to comment on them. He thought this is the best thing since sliced bread. Everyday he would comment on almost every Throwdown. He was having a blast, getting friend request like crazy,or making jokes. It was a lot of fun for this man.
But one day he said to himself, Why join this site, but not TD?, with this thought, he started a TD against T-Jay18 and got owned. The Cubs will win the NL Central...that's a joke! (Go Cubs!!) Like most rookies, he had no idea what he was doing, using half of his arguments, no facts, homerism...The lists goes on..
After days, weeks, and months of intense studying and practicing of the game, this man learned how to Throwdown (better). He didn't go for easy wins, he used facts and backed them up with stats, he used his 1200 characters. This man was on cloud nine. He was so high(LOL) He thought we was funny with these dumb Throwdowns like, Anderson Silva sucks...at handball.. It was terrible.
This certain man, matured and listened to the comments and stopped making terrible Throwdowns. He made real arguments and used all 3 arguments. He gained respect from the elders. After maturing and making real TD's this man even joined tournaments. PittFan's tournament was the first one. He said to himself, " I am really going to try in tournaments, because they people that make them work really hard." The dude argues his little heart out in tournaments.
After he got all this Throwdown stuff "mastered" it was time to take this a step further. He saw all these words that were boldedand in italics. He also saw words, never seen before, like dupe and zing! He did research and asked questions and he found out what everything meant.
The man even knows some about MMA, so he turned his attention to...the MMA message boards. The dudes on there were crazy. They seemed to know everything. They taught this man a ton about MMA. It was awesome This dude is still not an elite Throwdowner, but he still tries. This man even made a Throwdown tournament himself!
This is the short story of the man known as...Ass.assin. THANKS TO ALL!!

It's been almost 3 years, but I guess it's never to late to start the commenting here.
