I'll start it off with 10 nice sleepers you should be looking for either middle/late in drafts or to pick up some time off of the waiver wire during the year. These are all players I like to be potentially huge reward for their draft spot.

Next to each player will be their Yahoo fantasy ranking.

Rajon Rondo, Celtics PG/SG (150)

Simply, this guy should - not - be a sleeper, and is the numer one sleeper on this list. This guy is a maniac in steals, which is a hard enough stat to get a decent player out of, but as the projected starting PG for the Celtics he should be able to average 6 or 7 assists per game, with an increased FG% because of more open looks - most of which should be outside looks, meaning nice 3PM, along with 5 or 6 rebounds a game. This guy, simply, could end up being a top 40 player, and it wouldn't surprise me one bit.

Kendrick Perkins, Celtics C (306)

At 306, Perkins shouldn't be drafted. Perkins is the starting C who is a solid defensive player. He doesn't much look to shoot - but he's a boarder and can block. With the Celtics new additions, that's all he'll be called on to do. Perkins is a great way to go if you need rebounds and blocks this season, without the points in that C or Util spot.

Lamarcus Aldridge, Portland PF/C (164)

Aldridge should see considerable playing time at C with Oden now out for the season, and with Portland's young team he should definitely see ample opportunity to be an excellent player. Aldridge should be a top 15 C, and could be a top 10 fantasy center by year's end. 164 is ludicrous.

Corey Maggette, Clippers SG/SF (106)

At 106, he should absolutely be a top 60 player - with the possibility of being top 40. With Brand out, he should see elevated stats in every aspect of his game - and with a solid PG with him the entire season, either Cassell or Knight, he should be a solid scorer all season. Love him at 106.

Stephon Marbury, Knicks PG (91)

Stephon Marbury? Absolutely. He's been a top 30 fantasy talent in years past, and with the PG spot his this season he could return to that. I have him projected as a top 40 by years end, and that's a safe bet.

Jason Maxiell, Detroit SF/PF (402)

At 402 this guy as an absolute waiver acquisition at some point in the season. He should play a solid roll in Detroit this season, and if Chris Webber doesn't come back to Detroit his fantasy value could even be higher elevated. At his best he's a number 3 forward, but could be a nice addition in fantasy at one of the harder positions to find solid talent - PF.

Jamal Magloire, Nets C (should pick up PF eligibility) (377)

Along with C eligibility, he ought to pick up PF eligibility as well. This is a waiver watcher as he probably won't be starting in New Jersey to begin the season, but I foresee him starting at PF for Jason Collins at some point. While he didn't look spectacular last season, I foresee play similar to his time in Milwaukee. Him being a 10/10 guy isn't out of the question.

Darko Milicic, Memphis PF/C (172)

Darko let down on his high expectations last year - but where he failed with Dwight Howard I see him succeeding and thriving with Pau. I just see him as a much better fit with teams focusing on Mike Miller's outside range and Pau's inside/mid-range presence. There's no reason Darko should be having a career high in minutes this year, along with averaging around 2 blocks, 9 boards and 10 points.

Randy Foye, Minnesota PG/SG (138)

Foye should be the man in Minnesota and a very nice sleeper PG. Foye should be taken at this spot because it's also a strong possibility he implodes this year with a young team. Foye isn't the greatest distributor this year, so it will be interesting to see how he responds to the reigns being handed to him. Still, the risk is worth it if you grab him around here.

Andrew Bynum, Lakers C (161)

Bynum is coming into his third year, which is generally the year players begin to shine. He's lost weight and been conditioning all summer. Though, with Kwame and Mihm fighting for playing C he'll have to be awful solid to win out that starting job through the season. If he does, look out, 15 points and 10 boards and a block and a half a game should be attainable for him. Another risk reward type, and definitely worth grabbing if at any point he becomes a solid starter.
