* My rankings are based on a points system. 10 points for 1st, 9 for 2nd, 8 for 3rd, and so on....
* Tie-breakers are as such:
Most lists, followed by most 1st place votes, then highest placement, then most top 3 votes, followed by most 4-7th, and finally highest 8-10th or most of the higher number.
* I will be releasing these on a monthly basis from here on out.
The next release will be on June 13th. I need all votes by June 10th.
You can't list yourself on the ballot.
You can only use people on one of the leaderboards during the voting process. I want them to weigh heavily on recent activity. I don't want an All-Time list.
