Seahawks coach Mike Holmgren has seen this match-up before. No, this isn't exploiting the obvious storyline of this game (although Steelers fans know full-well the griping of the Super Bowl XL runners-up). Steelers coach Mike Tomlin has seen first-hand what a hot quarterback can do to a great defense. The best question is whether Holmgren will even bother to try to unhook the plow currently affixed to Shaun Alexander's backside.

Despite potential legal troubles for Steelers <ahem> No. 2 RB Najeh Davenport, the Steelers will still be thin, as WR Hines Ward will miss his second consecutive game. Nickel back Bryant McFadden is also out with an ankle sprain, and SS Troy Polamalu is questionable as of Sunday morning.

Did we really need to analyze this game? We saw the Steeelers were better in '05 and now we see they is even more distance in talent between these two teams than in Superbowl XL.
Do we really need to analyze the Steelers-Broncos game in 2 weeks?
The Mules are coming off a pathetic effort in losing 41-3 AT HOME to a previously one win team in San Diego. Steelers should impose their will on Donkeys as they will have all their studs back and Denver absolutely can neither stop the run nor pose any sore of offensive threat against us with Jay Cutler at QB. Steelers win big on road in Mile High AGAIN, worse for horse puckeys than when we took them out on their home sod two years ago in AFC chump game.
