Gotta get my thoughts in early this week, I'm heading out to Las Vegas and this could be my last sober moment.
The Eagles were embarrased in week 4, and had the bye week to think about it and make adjustments, the Eagles are usually a well coached team and always seem to be extra prepared after the bye.
I look for the Eagles defense to have no respect for Penningtons arm and will get after him early and often. The Jets run game has struggled this season so far and those struggles should continue this week. Thomas Jones will be average as he can't do it all himself and with no deep threat due to Penningtons arm strength the Eagles will stay close to the line of scrimmage and stuff the run.
On offense I think this will be Reggie Browns week, it has to be or this offense will just be ordinary and that will not cut it in the NFC East. With or without Westbrook the run game will be good, but his receiving ability will be missed. I hope he plays but if I had to pick today I'd say he sits another week.
