Started this decade promising by winning the AFC west the first 3 years, but after losing Superbowl 37, this became the most disastrous decade in Raider History.  Some of these players may have been short tenured, but I chose who I felt was the best of the bunch.

QB Rich Gannon

RB Tyrone Wheatly

RB John Ritchie

WR Jerry Rice

WR Tim Brown

TE Zach Miller

LT Barry Sims

LG Robert Gallery

C Jake Grove

RG Mo Collins

RT Lincoln Kennedy

12th Man  RBs Zack Crockett & Justin Fargas

DE Derrick Burgess

DT Tommy Kelly

DT Ted Washington

DE Tony Bryant

LB Eric Barton

LB Kirk Morrison

LB Thomas Howard

CB Nnamdi Asomugha

CB Charles Woodson

FS Rod Woodson

SS Tyvonn Branch

12th man (Tie) DT Rod Coleman & DB Phillip Buchannon

P Shane Lechler

K Sebastian Janikowski

A lot of these guys were with us early in the decade and played key roles for us prior to retirement or leaving in FA.  Pro Bowlers got first knod with one exception and that was Barrett Robbins for letting his team down the year he finally got the well deserved knod.  Our biggest problem in this decade was coaching and primmadonna players that I left off this roster because they were distractions that hurt our team badly.  Hard to chose a RB when you have a committe of them.  I felt that Wheatly and Fargas were the best with their hard nose running styles.  Ritchie was a fan favorite at FB with his trademark Bloody Forehead and Crockett always picked up the tough yardage.  We went through so many faces, I just put in the pro bowlers and then my favorites in the voided positions.  Just when we thought greatness was coming back after not appearing in a superbowl in the 90s, we sank into our own blackhole after losing Superbowl 37 in the 2002=03 season.  The only way out is WIN in 2010!!!!!!!!!!!!!
