Here are my top 5 at every position (QB today):Well, QB is pretty loaded this season with quite a few very good options, but only a few great. 1. Drew Brees- He has been a top 3 QB over the last number of seasons. He has always been consistent and with still a fair running game, he will still get the chance to throw the ball around all day long. He had the most TD's and 100 yards less than the most last year. Projection: 4400 yards, 32 TD's, and 10 Int. 2. Aaron Rodgers- In the first half of the season, he got sacked so much, he was dizzy. After last seaso, everyone learned he was well worth the first round pick and sitting behind Farve. This season, he may out do the very impressive 09 campaign. He did have the best QB season in fantasy. If he stays upright, he may throw for 4700 yards and 38 TD's. Projection: 4500 yards, 35 TD's, and 13 INT. 3. Peyton Manning- Well, the machine will get his TD's and yards. He always does and this maybe a little lower than normal. I doubt he will lead the league in yards again and throw 33 TD's. The 16 INT's last year isn't enough to drop him yet. Beware though, he is still aging. Projection: 4200 yards, 30 TD's, and 12 Int. 4. Ahh, let's start the difference's: Phillip Rivers- The 8th best QB last year had a very good year with 4250, 28, and 9. With a rookie RB Phil will be asked for a leadership role and probably his stats will go up with it. I expect the same ammount of yards, but more TD's, but a few more picks with the more attempts. Projection: 4200 yards, 33 TD, and 15 INT. 5. Joe Flacco- The training wheels are coming off and he will man up and grab the reins. This is not the sexy pick because there ARE better options. But, Boldin's special is going across the middle and that is what Flacco needs. He is becoming really good at picking the corners with Mason, but Boldin and the 2 rookie TE's are great at going across the middle. With one of the best line's in the league and Oher holding the blind side, the choice of Flacco is looking better and better. Also, Ray Rice is the best checkdown in the league. He can also help with yards with a good YAC. Projection: 4000 yards, 27 TD, and 12 INT. (All my last season rankings come from yahoo) More to come!
