I won't waste any of your time with a recap or a breakdown from game to game, but I would like to share with all of you my two cents on how it ended.

Before I begin, let me say two things:

 1. Is there any city in America with less class than Philadelphia? I mean honestly, they chanted "Hey You Suck" after every goal their team scored, and they booed Jonathan Toews when he received the Conn Smythe Award, and they continued to boo as the Hawks went around the rink hoisting the cup. But beyond just the game tonight, I can think of three instances in the last year where all I can do is shake my head at the disgrace of a city called Philadelphia.

First, Eagles fans throwing snowballs at 49ers fans in Philly. That's not even to mention the fact that the Eagles' stadium is the only one in the NFL with a full-time courtroom to deal with fans on site.

Second, that guy at the Phillies game who barfed on the Police Chiefs' daughter. Let's set aside that this was the Police Chiefs' daughter, and just focus on the fact that some jerk in Philly thinks it's cool to barf on little girls. What an absolulute embarrassment.

Finally, that kid running on the field and getting tased. This isn't so much an issue with class as it is with stupidity.

 2. Jeremy Roenick, as much as I love you, your crying on National TV was just wrong. We all know you played a great 18 year career that was unfortunately without a Stanley Cup, but please don't make us all watch you grieve just because the team you spent the majority of your career with finally won the cup.

Back to the positives of this Cup, I really enjoyed this series. It was about as entertaining as they come. I was glad the Hawks won as I felt they were the better team, and as stated previously, I can't stand Philadelphia as a city.

It was good to see a guy like Marian Hossa finally get his name on the cup, although I'm not so ecstatic about a guy like Kane getting his. Plus, Chris Pronger and his lack of a playoff beard doesn't get to hoist the Cup.

Well, that's all I really feel like writing, I'm gonna go play some NHL 10.
