* My rankings are based on a points system. 10 points for 1st, 9 for 2nd, 8 for 3rd, and so on....

* Tie-breakers are as such:

Most lists, followed by most 1st place votes, then highest placement, then most top 3 votes, followed by most 4-7th, and finally highest 8-10th or most of the higher number.

I hope to keep increasing the number of voters. We increased by 2 this time around, so any improvement is good, but a bigger pot is always welcome.

Clarifications on how to vote in the future.

You can't list yourself on the ballot.

You can only use people on one of the leaderboards during the voting process.

I want them to weigh heavily on recent activity.

I don't want an All-Time list.
