I bounced back from a dreadful Week 4 last week when I went 12-2, which is pretty good.  For the year, I'm 50-26; a 66% win percentage.  I'm hoping to pull that number up this week.  Here are my picks for this week.

Rams @ Ravens

The Rams have no shot in this game.  They just flat out suck.  I expect that Ravens defense to turn Gus Frerotte into a punching bag as Brian Leonard goes nowhere.  I also expect the awful Ravens offense to have decent success moving the ball against the Rams as the Ravens beat the Rams at home.

Dolphins @ Browns

The Browns are a young team on the rise.  The Dolphins are a old team on the decline.  In this game, I like the Browns.  Braylon Edwards and Kellen Winslow should have some big plays, but I also expect Dom Capers to put pressure on Derek Anderson and force him into some mistakes.  I also think that Ronnie Brown has some success against a bad Browns run defense, but I think the big plays on offense save the Browns in a close game.

Redskins @ Packers

The Redskins are playing Joe Gibbs football, they're running the ball and playing great defense.  The Packers showed me that they can run the ball on Sunday night, but Greg Williams will be able to get after Brett Favre by blitzing and force Favre into mistakes.  As for the Redskins offense, I think the Packers defense will be able to limit LaDell Betts and Clinton Portis as they rattle Jason Campbell.  I'm taking the Packers because the game is in Lambeau, but don't be surprised if the Redskins come out on top

Texans @ Jaguars

I like the Jaguars in this game.  The Jaguars are a much better home team than they are a road team and even though the Texans are headed in the right direction, the Jaguars are a better team.  The Jags should be able to have some success running the ball against a good Texans front and David Garrard should be able to do just enough on offense to allow the Jags to win.  As for the Texans, they won't run the ball against the Jaguars, nor will they be able to throw against a very good secondary of the Jaguars.  The Jaguars win comfortably.

Bengals @ Chiefs

Both the Bengals and the Chiefs suck, but I like the Bengals in this one.  The Bengals are a pressure defense that relies on jamming the other team's receivers at the line of scrimmage and blitzing like hell.  I don't think that the Chiefs have the weapons on the outside to make the Bengals pay.  As for Carson Palmer and Co., I expect Chad Johnson and Carson Palmer to have big days against a weak secondary of the Chiefs.  I think the fact that the game is in Arrowhead will allow the Chiefs to keep this game from being a blowout, but the Bengals just have too much firepower on offense.

Eagles @ Jets

The Eagles and the Jets are two playoff teams from last year who suck this year, it just shows you how crazy the NFL is.  Anyways, the Eagles are going to come after Pennington like they always do and this plays into the hands of the Jets because their strengths are the screens, draws, etc.  I do think that Westbrook will have success running the ball against a porous Jets run defense, but I expect the Jets secondary to blanket a horrible Eagles receiving corps and that's why I think the Jets win.

Titans @ Bucs

Last week, the Bucs gave up 121 yards rushing to Kenton Keith, I can't imagine what kind of rushing yards the Bucs'll give up to Vince Young, LenDale White, and Chris Brown.  I expect the Titans to line up and physically dominate the Bucs defense.  As for the Titans defense, they'll do the exact same thing the Colts did to the Bucs, suffocate them.  The Titans will destroy the Bucs as this game will become a blowout.

Panthers @ Cardinals

Both teams starters are out for the season, but Kurt Warner is better than David Carr, Vinny Testaverde, and Matt Moore put together.  The Panthers pass rush has been non-existent thus far and that should continue, which should allow the lethal wide receiving corps of the Cardinals to fly right past the Panthers secondary.  As for the Cardinals defense, they've played pretty well so far, and they should be able to put a lot of pressure on the quarterback for the Panthers and the Cardinals defense will shutdown the Panthers running game as well.  I like the Cardinals big.

Giants @ Falcons

The Giants defense is playing very well and Eli Manning has shown that he's a good quarterback in the NFL.  In my opinion, the Giants are flying under the radar.  The Giants defense can create pressure on the passer as well as anyone in the league and that should continue against the Falcons.  The Giants have done a real good job of running the ball with Brandon Jacobs and Derrick Ward, and anyone can run on the Falcons, which is why the Giants smash a bad Falcons team.

MUST NOT WATCH GAME OF THE WEEK!

Saints @ Seahawks

The Saints are the worst team in the NFL right now and they're playing a pretty good Seahawks team.  The Seahawks defense is pretty good and they should reset the line of scrimmage in the Saints backfield.  Even though Matt Hassleback is the most overrated quarterback in the NFL, he should have a field day against the terrible Saints defense.  The Seahawks dismantle the 'Aints on Sunday night.

MUST WATCH GAME OF THE WEEK!

Patriots @ Cowboys

The more and more I think about this game, the more I think the Patriots win.  Nobody knows how to cover the Patriots receivers, and the Dallas secondary is beat up.  I think Wade Phillips will try to get after Tom Brady by bringing the blitz from everywhere with some success, but I think that Randy Moss and Ben Watson(especially if Roy Williams is on him) will make some big plays.  The Patriots defense also has a daunting task of trying to shutdown an excellent Cowboys offense.  The Patriots will probably have Rodney Harrison on Witten--who should do a decent job of limiting Witten--and the Patriots will double TO.  I think the Cowboys will have some success on the ground, but the Patriots win a really close game.

LOCK OF THE WEEK!

Raiders @ Chargers

I like the Chargers to line up and beat the living crap out of the Raiders, much like they did last year.  The Raiders offense is reliant on running the ball, but that is where the Chargers excel on defense.  The Raiders don't have the weapons on offense to expose the Chargers horrific secondary.  On defense, the Raiders one problem on defense has been a bad run defense, which is not good when playing LaDanian Tomlinson and Michael Turner.  The Raiders will get killed in this game.

UPSET OF THE WEEK!

Vikings @ Bears

This game will be a slugfest, I expect a lot of turnovers and defensive plays.  For the Bears offensively, I don't think that they'll be able to move the ball against a very good Vikings defense.  Cedric Benson has shown himself to be a bust and won't have any success against the Vikings.  As for Brian Griese, I think he'll be forced into some mistakes by the Vikings defense.  The Bears should be able to create turnovers with Tarvaris Jackson at quarterback for the Vikings.  However, the Vikings will be able to run the ball on the Bears much like the Packers did last week; and that's why the Vikings win.  I like the Vikings in a close one.
