One announcement is that the captain of Las Panteras has quit both his team and the league. As such, Lakers will take over for him. Also, because of Lakers stepping up as Captain, I've decided to swap my FA waiver order position with him for this week.

Now to those Free Agent acquisitions. Here are the moves that have been made for the upcoming week:

Based on that, the matchups for Week 3 are as follows:

Dragon Army vs. Fannation Expos

As per TTL rules, the lower ranked team in each matchup will be the one to receive the topics, while the other team narrows the topics down and starts the TD. So that means that Team Ramrod, Banana Hammocks and the Fannation Expos will be receiving topics shortly.

The timeline for Week 2 is as follows: The lower ranked team has from Friday until the noon (eastern) Sunday to assign the 12 topics to their team and send them to their opponent. After that, the higher ranked team has from three (eastern) Sunday until noon (eastern) Wednesday to assign the topics and get all TDs started. All arguments must be submitted by noon (eastern) Friday. Note that this does not mean that voting has to be complete.
