ohio state hasn't played anybody to be number 1

Very nice list, and nice to see somebody having original thoughts about teams and not just regurgitating the AP top 20.

Ouch at ASU being ranked 19, although I understand the best team they have beaten so far is Colorado.

Michigan at 14 just seems high and those early season losses seem so long ago. In my rankings I put Michigan at 12. I wonder if we both have them overrated or if we both know something nobody else knows.

Where is #15?

why is everyone in love with Oklahoma? What have they done? They beat a VERY overrated Texas team who got HAMMERED by KState, a 1-5 North Texas SUNBELT team. An 0-6 Utah State. a so-so Tulsa team. Missouri was a good win, but they lost to COLORADO. I didn't even see Kordell Stewart or Eric Bienemy. What every is so Boolah Boolah on is the Miami final score. But did anyone watch this game? It was 21-13 until the mid 3rd Qtr and Miami gave up like the has been school they are when OK went up 28-13. Maybe they will finally get tested this week with the mighty 1-6 Cyclones.

How can Oklahoma be #2 and WVU be # 12? Are you serious? WVU lost a close game to South Florida. Oklahoma lost to COLORADO!!!
COLORADO!!! No way USC or Oklahoma should be ahead of WVU,Oregon,Cal,South Carolina or Kentucky
1.Ohio State-by default. Won't play a good team all year. Wont really know how good they are til bowl season
2.Boston College-Much like Ohio State. Mediocre team in a conference full of em. Will prob lost at VT next game.
3.LSU-best team in nation prob-lost to good team in close game on the road
4.West Virginia-lost to good team in close game on the road
5.South Carolina,Kentucky,Oregon, take your pick at this point in the season

Vince you were right. When the BCS comes out today WVU will be at 5 or possibly even 4. They will still be behind OK in the biased polls, but their compter rank is much higher and another 1 win team yesterday won't help Oklahoma's BCS total. WVU actually has the computers in their favor this year. They are behind Oregon in the polls, but ahead of them in BCS. It may be the same with Oklahoma today. They will pass ASU because they were off, down to 8, past Kentucky and South Carolina, 7,6, and USFs loss, 5. Possibly pass OK. WVU will be 5 or 4 today with ALOT of ball left. IT ain't over till the couch is ashes!!!!!!!
