Af first i told myself that i should write about where i think lebron is and should go.  Then i said, "does it really matter".  No matter what team he is on he'll still have huge numbers and he will still be the star.  Truth is the team most affected by this is Clevland.  Without him they will be quickly forgotten.  tickets will deplete and they will fall.  So, instead of writing about Lebron i'm writing about the team he's leaving.

The Clevland rebuild (as i have been calling it) is not simple.  It won't happen quickly and you wont see automatic results.  It will be better for them in the long run.  First thing you need is a presence in the paint.  Which is why i want them to keep Shaq.  First thoughts  when i told people this: What's in that drink?  But i don't want him on first string.  Shaq put up a good 14 points when HE HAS RESTS.  The one way to do that the most effectively is to put him after another post player.  Which presents a problem.  Who?  Illgalskus is a second string player himself, he can't take over.  They have to trade him.  But one trade wont do.  It has to be multiple trades.  Illgalskus for a more traditional post player.  That player would most likely be an old so you trade him for someone with a little more youth.  That guy might not be one of the BEST guys in the long run so you trade him for a more instant success player.  then the coach (yes coaching will be involved)  needs to push him to that point were he is a good contributions on the team. After that you have yourself a good post player.

The next part is the point guard spot.  No no i wont be getting rid of Mo Williams.  I'll be doing the same thing i did with Shaq except for Mo Williams will be starting.  He's a good player but he seems to lack during the playoffs.  so you put a equally talented player behind him and he relax knowing that someone will be able to pick up were you left off.  he'll have to be both a passer and a shooter.  He'll also need to be able to pump up the crowd and his teamates in a very short time.  Sounds like someone familiar.  I didn't want to say it right out but it seems obvious to me.  i'll give you a one word hint: Celtics.

Now that you have the point guard spots and posts spots filled your ready to get yourself a shooter.  Someone who can shoot like crazy.  Just get the ball passed to him and shoot.  Someone LIKE Ray Allen.  At this point you wont have the cap space to get him or any one in his super duper status.  You need a regular player who can shoot the jumper.  KEEP HIM HAPPY.  Post moves and a point guard shooting every other time wont help.  You need a perimeter player to win. Period.

After that you need to get hustle players.  Players who get rebounds and swipe at the basketball and whatnot.  Your going to have to get those from your original team.  You probably don't have the time or money to get other good players.

Then you just keep going.  Get good draft picks.  Don't always pick the top prospects.  Make good calls and keep on keepin on.

The road is hard and you can't see the good part for awhile.  But i have to ask Clevland a question: DO YOU HAVE THE BALLS
