The Missouri Tigers dominated the Texas Tech Raiders on Saturday, 41-10. The biggest thing for the Tigers was that the defense that was filled with question marks but held the number one offense in the nation to 10 points and shut them out in the second half. We held them to -9, that's right, NEGATIVE NINE rushing yards which is incredible even if they are mostly a passing team. The defense held "heisman candidate" Graham Harrell to under 400 yards for the first time this year. The D also had 4 interceptions on Harrell, a career worst for him. The Mizzou offense wasn't too shabby either. Daniel didn't have a career day by any means but he didn't need to because the running game thrived even without starter Tony Temple. Jimmy Jackson played a beast of a game with 3 rushing touchdowns. Daniel also ran for over 60 yards, passed for over 200, but he did have one pick. Another big deal for the Tigers is that they held Tech on multiple fourth down tries which gave the Tigers offense a short field. Mizzou came into the game a 3 point favorite and came out with a 31 point win. So far, the Tigers have outscored Big 12 opponents in Columbia 82-16. "The Zou" is becoming a big advantage to the Tigers this year. This Mizzou team also proved again that it could close out games. At the beginning of the year, Missouri gave up many first half leads and came close to losing. The Tigers were not up by much at the end of the first but proved that they could close out games by shutting out a potent Red Raider offense. The Tigers next game is against the 1-7 Iowa State Cyclones. The Tigers should win big but shouldn't overlook the Cyclone team that hung with Oklahoma for most of the game on Saturday.....
I will make my predictions later this week if i can find the time.....

Texas Tech is overrated, just like Mizzou's win against them. I hope Mizzou and OU win out so they can play in the BIG 12 Championship. So, what do you think about your booger eating QB. MMMMM, gooood!!! Slurp.... BOOOMER!!! SOOOONNNERRRRS!!

And I'm pretty sure that Colorado beat your beloved Sooners, just putting that out there. And I would much rather have a booger eating quarterback than a loss to Colorado...
